During this period, I kept asking the master for advice, and practiced drawing whenever I had free time. Although the process was difficult, it was rewarding. After several years of tempering and research, I have gradually grown from a new employee who knows little knowledge to a skilled employee who can take care of himself. On the basis of learning from the experience of several other work areas, I reconsidered and tried repeatedly, and proposed a plan for improving the density of raw cotton. The quality control has been affirmed by the company, and of course thanks to the department leaders for their trust and encouragement!
