After all, they were bought with money, so it would be a pity to lose them.
Xiao Zhang is a new employee of the company. She is one of the most responsible cutting masters I have ever met.
When I met Xiao Zhang for the first time, she was a temporary worker in response to the newly added wet-laid cotton purchased from outside. With fair skin and ponytail, the whole person is neatly groomed. Her work is also clean and tidy, and she completes the quota tasks early every day. There is a lot of dust at the cutting site, and the weight of raw cotton is not light, but she has never seen any complaints from her. When I was about to get off work one day, I was counting and handing over materials, and suddenly there was a fierce quarrel at the scene, so I hurried to check. Xiao Zhang and an older woman were talking loudly, and there were still obvious tears on their faces. It turned out that the planting and cutting machine that Xiao Zhang was in charge of was a new equipment with a relatively fast cutting speed. When the end of get off work was approaching, the other lines only cut a little more than 5,000 pieces, but they had already loaded more than 7,000 pieces. The older woman feels that she has done a lot, and she should clean up early and get ready for get off work. Xiao Zhang felt that there was still time and could do more, so a disagreement arose. Later, Xiao Zhang told me that the leader put her in this important position, and she wanted to do well, and I she obviously had the ability but not to do it. What a waste!
