Clear requirements are set for suppliers in terms of mineral mining, transportation, processing, trade,smelting and export. We do not tolerate, profit from,or contribute in any way to any activity that has the potential to exacerbate conflict, cause severe environmental degradation, or violate human rights; prohibit. any human rights violations related to mineral extraction, transportation, or trade; prohibit any direct or indirect support to any non-state armed group or security force that illegally controls mining sites, transportation routes, trading sites, etc.

Meeting sustainable development standards has gradually become one of the top priorities for us and our suppliers. When choosing suppliers, Micolon not only considers economic factors, but also puts non-financial criteria in the first place, such as safeguarding human rights, prohibiting child labor, and protecting health, safety, protection of the environment, anti-corruption and fair pay for workers. Among them, safeguarding human rights, prohibiting the use of child labor, supporting environmental protection and resolutely resisting corruption are our main criteria for selecting suppliers. Therefore, we hope to build business relationships throughout the industry chain in accordance with environmental, social and ethical standards. And carry out corresponding sustainable development practice activities, lead the transformation and upgrading of sustainable development of the industry, and build a sustainable energy-saving and environmental protection industrial chain.

Micolon pays great attention to the code of conduct of its employees. In order to ensure systematic publicity and education and unified and transparent management,we formulates a series of internal management regulations, such as "Employee Handbook", "Confidentiality Agreement", "Integrity Agreement", etc. and regularly conducts internal training and education for employees. Micolon has made clear regulations on information management and social media management, conflict of interest and undisclosed information management, as well as anti-bribery, corruption and fraud, to eliminate all operations that violate business practices, and to abide by all laws, regulations, and industry systems and internal controls. For employees who violate the code of conduct, all employees have the right to supervise and report. We have a report box and adopts a zero-tolerance attitude towards any corrupt behavior. In 2022, there were no lawsuits related to corruption and business ethics in Micolon, and no related administrative penalties as well.
