Improve the cold chain logistics infrastructure network and promote the upgrading of cold chain transportation technology and equipment.
Zhang Dawei, deputy director and first-level inspector of the Comprehensive Planning Department of the Ministry of Transport, said that the Ministry of Transport will conscientiously implement the deployment requirements of the "Plan", adhere to serving the overall situation and the people, strengthen inter-departmental collaboration, and pay close attention to the implementation of work. Promote the high-quality development of my country's cold chain logistics to provide strong support and guarantee. Specifically, it will focus on the following work:
1. Improve Cold Chain Logistics Infrastructure Network
Promote the improvement of cold chain logistics facilities at ports, airports, railway freight stations, and highway freight stations according to local conditions, and expand the functions of cold chain logistics services.
2. Promote the Upgrading of Cold Chain Transportation Technology and Equipment
Further study and improve the access conditions for cold chain transportation vehicles, and promote the installation of temperature detection equipment that meets the standard requirements before the vehicles leave the factory. Promote the application of standardized turnover boxes, pallets and other transport units, as well as refrigerated containers, cold storage boxes and other unitized cold chain vehicles, and gradually replace refrigeration and heat preservation methods such as "foam boxes + ice packs".
3. Innovative Cold Chain Transportation Service Model
Guide cold chain logistics enterprises to strengthen alliance cooperation with fruit and vegetable, aquatic products, meat and other production and processing enterprises, and develop highway cold chain dedicated lines, "fresh food e-commerce + cold chain home delivery", "central kitchen + food cold chain distribution" and other models. Actively develop international cold chain direct express lines, cold chain international trains, international fresh food charter and other businesses, and improve the service level of international cold chain transportation.
