In order to respond to the government's call for employment assistance, help disadvantaged groups achieve employment, comprehensively do a good job in employment assistance for disadvantaged groups, and promote full employment of unemployed disadvantaged groups, Micron actively participates in various special job fairs for targeted assistance, providing poverty-stricken labor job opportunities and help them get out of poverty.
Since the establishment of the company, it has actively cooperated with the human resources and social security departments to do a good job in employment assistance for the out-of-poverty population, and jointly do a good job in the monitoring and work scheduling of the stable employment of the out-of-poverty population. In 2019, successfully recruited 15 poverty-stricken people, accounting for 5.19% of the total number of people in the current period, and won the title of "Poverty Alleviation Workshop" issued by the County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.
In the follow-up, while strengthening organizational leadership, Micron actively expanded recruitment channels, created a good working atmosphere, provided employment opportunities for poor laborers, and continued to provide employment opportunities for those who are willing to work but have difficulty in finding employment. As of June 2023, 49 of the company's employees have been lifted out of poverty, accounting for 11.98% of the total.
In the later stage of planning, Micolon takes the employment of the poor as a clear goal and task, helps those out of poverty who have the ability and willingness to find employment, helps those who have been out of poverty to stabilize their employment, and contributes to promoting the employment of the people out of poverty across the country.
